PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE FULFILLMENT BY PRINTFUL

CityLegends partners with Printful for the fulfillment and shipping of physical merchandise available through the CityLegends shop. While we strive to ensure the highest quality in the products offered, all physical merchandise issues are subject to the fulfillment partner’s policies.

Claims for faulty items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Liability

Please note that CityLegends is not responsible for errors made by the fulfillment service, including but not limited to manufacturing errors or shipping issues. However, we are committed to assisting our users in resolving such issues through the guidelines provided by Printful. 

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please mention your order ID and which size you prefer in an e-mail to marketing@citylegends.nl. Please note that the shipping costs will be at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

CityLegends offers free shipping on all orders. As products are printed on demand, please allow additional time for production before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 7 days. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, the total processing and shipping time may vary depending on order volume and production schedules. CityLegends appreciates your patience and commitment to supporting unique, made-to-order products.

Please note that we don't ship to the following countries:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea
